The exact scope of work is defined in a written proposal or agreement for each client.
3. No Guaranteed Results
Marketplace performance depends on factors outside our control, including demand, competition, pricing and platform policy changes. Case studies and screenshots on this website reflect past client results and do not guarantee identical outcomes for your account.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access to required accounts, and ensuring their products comply with marketplace policies and applicable laws. Delays caused by missing information may affect delivery timelines.
5. Payments
Service fees, billing cycles and payment terms are agreed individually with each client before work begins. Invoices are payable within the agreed period; overdue payments may result in paused services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics and the eComStrength logo — is the property of eComStrength and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eComStrength is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or marketplace suspensions resulting from platform decisions beyond our control.
8. Termination
Either party may end a service engagement according to the notice terms in the client agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
